It is such a beautifully odd hotel. Loved the artwork on the walls. The kids said it felt magical, like it would be in a book. Front desk was very helpful. Got to enjoy an open mic night. Would definitely recommend. 3rd St is very quaint and charming. Lots of shops to browse and peruse.

We stayed for one night in one of the queen bed rooms with shared bathroom. We love staying at Mcmenamins so it sort of just is what it is with the shared bathroom but I almost never run in to people so it’s not a big deal and they are clean and nicely maintained. I had my mountain bike with me and the front desk did offer to keep it stored in the basement so I didn’t need to leave it on my truck but there was actually a nice space for it in the room so I kept it there. Throughout our stay a nice gentleman named Cody was never our server at any point but welcomed us at the door and when we ate at the rooftop bar he was attentive, friendly, and offered our 1 year old some orange slices which she really enjoyed and allowed us some time to enjoy our meal. Coffee and breakfast was relaxing and the sunset and views from the roof were phenomenal.

This was our 2nd time staying at Hotel Oregon. I love all the character this one of many McMenamin hotels in OR and WA displays. Hands down, they celebrate history of OR and the people who contributed to community life in Oregon and they restore amazing architectural buildings. Each location has lots of charm and entice us to visit all their locations in time. The room was very clean and well stocked and the common bathrooms also very clean and well stocked. I just want to encourage McMenamins to focus on improving things like the broken faceplate on the electrical outlet, restore the surface of the nightstand and common room table. The linens could use a facelift (robe included). We came to the area this trip to visit the vineyards nearby and eat really good quality local, seasonal food/beverages. We did not eat in-house because every McMenamins has the same menu, food ingredients and is tiring and just not interesting. Please support local, seasonal ingredients.

Great people. One of a kind, beautiful eclectic atmosphere. And I have to say this, although it hurts my heart that they have a stout that is almost as yummy as Guinness

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the town of McMinnville. It is a vintage hotel with period furnishings, and the artwork through out the whole hotel is very interesting. We loved doing the hunt for the passport clue, as it had us explore the whole hotel. Plenty of wine tasting on the same block, as well as good restaurants, so you can explore Oregon wines, food, and then stumble your way back to the vintage hotel.

I enjoy staying at Oregon Hotel. I don’t mind the shared bathroom and no TV. Sometimes I work late and it’s a reasonable price to spend the night . I love McMenamins and how they take old buildings and transform them while honoring the history of the place. I love the art and the history preserved as stories on the walls of the themed rooms! Great job McMenamins!!!

Even with no bathroom in rooms, they're still nice comfortable and clean rooms. Each room is individually themed. Mason Jar in rooms to.bring beer back to your room. Friendly staff throughout the property. Went down.to pub around 5pm to inquire about coffee. Bartender was really friendly and helpful and allowed me to sit at a table and enjoy a cup of coffee even though that's all I ordered. Conveniently located in downtown, walking distance to local shops.
